This is my all time favorite picture and probably always will be. My mom passed away of ovarian cancer a little over 2 years ago. This picture reminds me of how much she loved Benjamin and what a STRONG woman she was. In this picture she was on HIGH doses of pain medication and you would never guess it. They were having their first popsicle together...in Orlando Florida, just a few months before she passed away. It was an AMAZING trip!

I love you Mom and miss you more than ever!!!!! If only you could see what an awesome family I have...I know you would be proud!

Birthday Dinner

We went out to dinner for my Birthday tonight and had a great time at a yummy restaurant. I really wanted to get some cute pictures of our kiddos...just wish Hannah would smile for the camera and Benjamin's smile wouldn't be so cheesy!!! Am I asking too much??? They are too cute for words anyway!!!!

Random STUFF

Wow...it has been crazy busy around here. Our final adoption fundraiser was last Friday, so I can finally breathe a little. We had a dinner/silent auction and raised a little over $4,000!!! We have now officially surpassed our goal!!!!! We had a great night hanging out with family and friends. I was a little stressed out beforehand, but like I kept telling myself...God has it all planned out and it will go according to His plan...and sure enough...it did! It was an AMAZING night!!! (I forgot to take pictures that night....sorry guys....I know that's the only reason you really read this boring blog!!!!:))

As of Friday, October 19th...Hannah has been home with us ONE YEAR!!! I can't believe how it has flown by. Many days/nights were tough and for awhile I questioned if she would ever love us...but I'm so glad to say that she is an INCREDIBLE addition to our family. Life would be boring without her!!! She is a fiesty, spunky, sweet girl that loves to give hugs and kisses. We are so blessed to have her in our lives!!!!!

Indeed it is my Birthday today and guess what I'm doing???? A whole lot of nothing!!!!!!! I decided that while Hannah naps...for all of 45 minutes....I should update this blog!
